Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Metro Chat iOS application operated by BeeCrow, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Metro Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Metro Chat is a privacy-focused offline messaging app that uses Bluetooth mesh networking. Features include:

• Peer-to-peer messaging without internet
• Bluetooth mesh network relay
• Anonymous, encrypted communications
• No account required

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content you transmit through Metro Chat
• Compliance with local laws regarding communications
• Respecting other users' privacy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Metro Chat for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment or threats
• Distribution of malware or harmful content
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Any activity that violates others' rights

5. No Message Moderation

Metro Chat and its original content are owned by BeeCrow, LLC. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

BeeCrow, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Failed message delivery
• Any damages arising from use of the app

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the app for violations of these Terms. Since no account is required, termination means removal from app stores or disabling app functionality.

10. App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and BeeCrow, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Metro Chat.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
